We ship from two locations: a small ready-to-ship inventory in New York for US and Canada orders, and our main studio in Mexico City for all other orders and made-to-order pieces.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout. All orders ship with a tracking number — you'll get an email when your order is on the way.
Based in Mexico City?
You can choose Uber delivery or studio pickup at checkout. We'll coordinate the details with you directly.
Made-to-order pieces
Pieces noted as made-to-order in the listing require 7–21 business days before shipping — they're made fresh for you in our CDMX studio. Worth the wait.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unaltered pieces within 7 days of package delivery. To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@amemori.shop with your order number.
Once we receive the piece and confirm it's in original condition, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Final sale — cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
Ring sizing
If your ring doesn't fit, reach out before returning anything. We'll do our best to make it right.
Damaged or lost orders
If something arrives damaged, photograph it and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace or refund — no questions asked.
If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us and we'll investigate together.
A note on handmade
Every amemori piece is made by hand. Small variations in shape, texture, and dimension can happen. They're what makes each piece unique.
