amemori is a handmade jewelry brand crafted in our small studio in Mexico City, using locally sourced 935 silver.

We make jewelry that's electric, playful, and a little bit wonderfully quirky. The kind of pieces that feel like you on your best day- bold enough to be the first thing someone notices, comfortable enough to forget you're wearing them. Our aesthetic lives in the space between art object and everyday accessory: experimental, layered, and quietly (sometimes loudly) alive.

The brand was founded by a former engineer who got obsessed with how jewelry should actually function. Every piece is designed to follow the body's natural curves, with moving parts that sway and spin and interact. Because we believe jewelry that moves feels alive in a way that static pieces just don't.

We mix materials the way a painter mixes color. 935 silver alongside ceramic, lampwork glass next to raw stone, ansd sometimes piercing rings echoing old-school punk hardware. We're not interested in making jewelry that blends in. We're interested in making the piece you reach for every morning and the one that always gets the compliment.

Everything is handmade, start to finish, in Mexico City. Small batches, built to last.

  • WHAT'S YOUR INSPIRATION?

    A lot of our inspiration comes from whimsical and sentimental things. The style, which in Chinese we call it "可盐可甜"- a little savory, a little sweet. Cool and effortless, but also cute and tender, plus a dash of quirkiness. Coming from an engineering background, we also focus on functionality- most of our pieces are versatile and designed to be worn in multiple ways.

  • WHAT'S AMEMORI?

    The name amemori (雨森) is represented by the Kanji characters for "rain" and "forest”, symbols of the natural beauty that deeply inspires our designs. The word amemori also resonates with "a memory”, capturing life’s fleeting, nuanced emotional moments. 

  • 935 SILVER

    We work exclusively in 935 silver- a step above standard sterling, with 1% higher silver content than the industry-standard 92.5%. The result is a brighter, denser metal that resists tarnish longer and develops a richer patina over time. Our silver is locally sourced in Mexico, keeping our supply chain close and our footprint small.

  • NATURAL GEMSTONES

    Every stone is hand-selected from our trusted supplier in Mexico. We choose for color, texture, and character. No two pieces are identical because no two stones are the same.

  • MIXED MEDIA

    We work with artisanal lampwork glass beads, hand-formed ceramic elements, and occasionally stainless steel piercing rings for hardware that references the rawness of classic punk jewelry. The mix is deliberate: we want our pieces to feel collected, not coordinated.
