Some of our pieces are available in limited, ready-to-ship quantities. Items that are currently in stock will be shipped within 5 business days. For pieces that are made-to-order, please allow up to 10 business days for production before shipment. If you have any questions or concerns about processing times, feel free to email us or send a DM on Instagram — we’re happy to help.

All of our jewelry are made of 925 sterling silver, lampwork glass, and natural gemstones.

Our orders are shipped from our workshop in Mexico City and delivered internationally via FedEx or DHL.

Our orders are shipped from our workshop in Mexico City. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Premade items are returnable within 7 days of arrival, however return shipping cost is not covered. Made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

Each order includes a piece of silver cleaning cloth and anti-tarnishing strip (usually placed inside the packaging). We suggest to clean your jewelry with dish soap and gently rub it with hand or toothbrush. Make sure to dry it completely before putting it back to storage.
